What does Carolin appreciate about zeb as an employer and what personal experience has she gained as a consultant at zeb? In 3 short questions, Carolin gives us insights into her start at zeb and great tips on what qualities a consultant should have.

1. What is particularly important to you as a female consultant at zeb?

It is particularly important to me that my gender does not play any role in my everyday work, in dealing with my colleagues or with clients. In that respect, my experience at zeb has been very positive so far, since the focus is very much on my professional performance.

2. What is the most exciting thing about your job?

The everyday challenges! As a consultant, I usually deal with a wide variety of topics in which details matter, and zeb places great trust in my ability to independently develop solutions. At the same time I am supported by brilliant and very professional colleagues. This is the perfect combination for me and gives me the opportunity to grow.

3. Tips for future consultants. What traits are important to succeed as a consultant at zeb?

Curiosity. And lots of it. Combined with enthusiasm and motivation, I believe these qualities form the basis for quick and easy learning. It goes without saying that you need to have a certain amount of courage in order to be flexible and unbiased when taking on new topics. In my opinion, these qualities are essential for good solutions, which we then develop for our clients and implement together.
