We have a long tradition of close ties to academia. Founded in 1992 by the university professors Prof. Dr. Bernd Rolfes and Prof. Dr. Dres. h c. Henner Schierenbeck, we attach particular importance to a theoretical and scientifically sound education. The doctorate model is an option to start your career in consulting while delving deep into scientific theories.

Successful completion of a Master’s degree or a German Diplom degree with a scientific qualification.
Initial experience in consulting or in the financial sector.
Initial ideas for a PhD topic and a supervisor.
You are curious, team-oriented and reliable.
You think analytically and approach issues actively and in a structured way.
You enjoy questioning the status quo.
You are comfortable using German and English.
Support in finding topics through a paid leave of absence.
Paid leave of absence for several months to write the dissertation.
