Your tasks:

You will support CFOs and their teams in achieving long-term success by creating practical road maps that help implement digital, IT or cloud strategies and manage technological changes.
With your expertise you will support our national and international clients in the financial services industry in dealing with topics such as IT cost transfer, IT operating model design, enterprise agility, cloud transformation, organizational design, enterprise architecture, process improvement initiatives and business cases in quantitative and qualitative analyses.
You will explore trends such as digitalization, sales, reorganization, merger and integration – what topics motivate you?
You will be actively involved in the acquisition of projects, build up your own partnership-based client relationships and thus continuously expand your existing network.
You will also have the chance to make a significant contribution outside of project work by bringing your experience, coaching younger consultants and contributing to their development.

Your skills:

You bring several years of experience in consulting, in the financial sector or with a tech company and have an excellent university degree.
You are a strong communicator and client-oriented, preferably with some management experience.
You think strategically and act responsibly when implementing your strategies.
Your high level of commitment is matched by your sense of humor, creativity and passion for teamwork.
Experience in the Luxembourgish banking sector isn’t mandatory but an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Europe for projects
Fluent English as well as German and French language skills at a minimum of B2 #LI-Hybrid

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Interview

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include a case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their views and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within the next two weeks.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
