What did your application process look like?
In two different blocks of my job interview, I was first allowed to get to know two colleagues from the recruiting department and then two colleagues from my team. Both interviews were extremely fair at all times: challenging but fair. It wasn't about making me feel insecure, but about finding out in an honest way whether it would be a good idea to work together - for zeb, but also for me!

Why did you decide to join zeb directly as an analyst?
My Bachelor’s degree was very theoretical, and I always wanted more practical relevance and career orientation. After my last exam it was immediately clear: first work, then study some more.
