Conducting projects for Financial Services all over Europe - explore and go right to the heart of topics such as digitalization, sales, reorganization, merger and integration.
You analyze the market and client needs and prepare the results in a structured and management-oriented manner.
Become part of a zeb team and create smart strategies for the further development of business models and the digital future of banks and insurance companies.
You will also make a significant contribution outside of project work by developing state-of-the-art content through our practice groups covering the whole FS industry.

Your skills

Master’s degree in business administration or comparable academic background.
Experience in consulting or in the financial sector e.g. through relevant internships is desired, but not mandatory.
You are team-oriented, reliable and inspire others with creative ideas.
You think strategically, execute diligently, and act responsibly when implementing concepts.
You are fluent in English.
A plus, not a must: You have a basic knowledge of German (at least A2) and you are willing to further develop your German skills.

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

Basically, it all begins with a look at our career website. So you’ve already started.

Screening

After you have uploaded all of your application documents via the portal, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt from us.

(Telephone) interview

If your application generally aligns with the advertised position, you will receive an e-mail from us, in which we try to arrange an appointment with you.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their views and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within the next two weeks.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Signing the contract

With the contract offer the application process is almost finished. We have decided to get you on board. If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us.

What do you like most about your role as a cloud operations engineer?

The work in the SaaS team is incredibly varied! In addition to technical tasks and the optimization of the AWS Cloud, topics such as the design of processes and the expansion of our IT Ops are on the agenda, but also the need to acquire new knowledge and deal with the latest technologies. The system monitoring and problem analysis are hands-on and give you the possibility to implement your own ideas to automate the operation in a professional way and for the long term. I get to use modern DevOps tools and provide input for the further development of the infrastructure.
