About Case Studies and Bash Rooms
In October, another event took place for our talents and campus scouts: In addition to professional topics, such as an exciting ESG case workshop, there was a lively exchange during a guided tour of the city and a joint dinner. A visit to the Bash Rooms was the perfect occasion to practice team building as part of a playful competition.
Scavenger hunt through the city of Frankfurt
In March 2022, our zeb.talents event took place in Frankfurt. Over two days, the participants gained lots of different insights into zeb. Of course, there was also plenty of opportunity for networking, both during the scavenger hunt through Frankfurt’s city center and at the joint dinner. Everyone enjoyed taking part in a face-to-face event again after such a long time of having to do without.
zeb.uni 2022
This year’s zeb.Uni not only featured lectures, fishbowl discussions and workshops on topics related to innovation and the future, but also celebrated zeb’s 30th anniversary. The zeb.talents also took part in the two-day event and got to know numerous colleagues. They even had the opportunity to meet our MD Markus. The finale was a big after-show party with street food trucks, a laser show and DJ David Puentez as a special guest.
Why did you decide to take an internship at zeb?
Were you able to contribute your own view during the internship?
I was encouraged to play an active part from the very beginning. As a result, I immediately felt integrated and had no problems communicating openly.
How did you experience the last talents event in Frankfurt?
For me it was the first talents event in this format. Therefore, I was even more excited about this particular one, and I was not disappointed. After we, the zeb talents, had gathered at the hotel in Frankfurt, there was plenty of opportunity to get to know each other and network on the first day. For instance, we participated in the “Frankfodder Challenge” in small groups and explored the city by solving various tasks and puzzles. In the evening we were invited for dinner and drinks in different venues.
