It doesn’t matter whether you are studying for your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or having a gap year. With us you can choose from a variety of offers. We give you the chance to discover new fields and delve deep into the topic. Discover the world of management consulting for yourself. Gain profound insights into exciting departments and expand your horizon.
We look forward to meeting you and will do everything to make your internship an extraordinary experience.
What we offer
In Corporate Services, we lay the groundwork from the very beginning so that you can develop to your full potential as an intern. On the first day of your internship, your supervisor will welcome you to our office to make sure you get off to a good start. This is followed by initial meetings with colleagues as well as introductions to the work processes and tools to be used. Little by little you will take on your own work packages and increasing responsibility. For us, you are a full-fledged team member, because our culture is characterized by appreciative interaction on an equal footing.
You will usually spend your working days in the office. In some areas (e.g. recruiting) you may be asked to assist with external assignments from time to time and to travel for a few days.
In Germany, we pay you a gross salary of currently €1,650 per month—regardless of whether you are doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. In addition, you will get two days of vacation per full month. At zeb, working hours are based on trust, so that you can arrange your working hours flexibly.
In addition to your internship, we offer you the opportunity to get to know the zeb world better and to network with other zeb staff members at many locations. Experience the zeb culture during the Christmas party or at the zeb.Uni, an annual company-wide event for further education and networking in Münster. You can also use the welcoming office spaces for an after-work beer or a foosball match.
