Sprad is a provider of employee referral programs that organizes the “Referral Culture Award”. Due to our strong referral rate on kununu, we were invited to participate in the award and received the seal of approval for our high percentage of hires through employee referrals. Our “zeb.referral” program is one of our most successful recruiting channels and we are therefore delighted to have been awarded the “Top Referral Culture” seal in 2024.
We have been awarded the "Faire Ausbildung 2024" seal! This award is presented by the Trendence Institute in Berlin and evaluates companies that are committed to fair and career-promoting apprenticeship programs.
