We are zeb

As a management consultancy, we have been collaborating closely with clients from the banking and insurance industries on a wide variety of projects for more than 30 years. The two university professors Prof. Dr. Schierenbeck und Prof. Dr. Rolfes, supported by the first few employees, founded zeb in Münster in 1992, naming the company “Zentrum für ertragsorientiertes Bankmanagement” (in English: Center for profit-oriented bank management). 

Our service offering focuses on strategy, management, IT and HR consulting. In addition to our consulting staff, we employ a team of software developers whose task it is to turn our theoretical concepts into fully-fledged software solutions ready to be used by our clients from the banking and insurance industries. Our HR projects are not just about supporting our clients in the development of new strategies or regulatory compliance, but also about coaching and training their staff.

Our clients include banks from both the regional and the international sectors. In addition to projects for various savings and cooperative banks, we have also supported major clients such as Commerzbank, UniCredit and DekaBank. Moreover, we have also assisted specialized institutions such as Deutsche Leasing and Atruvia. Our second major area of expertise is centered on insurance companies and financial advisors. In this area, we have collaborated with Provinzial, Gothaer and the ADAC, for example. Based on our expertise in these sectors, our clients can count on us as “partners for change”, i.e. in these times of transformation, we help them strengthen their competitiveness and future viability in an agile and sustainable manner.
