Your onboarding at zeb usually starts off with a highlight: the introductory “zeb.start” week in Münster, where you will get to know the other newcomers and the company. In various formats, we introduce you to the departments and work tools so that you are well prepared for your everyday life as a Consultant. The focus of the start week is on expanding your skills. You can expect training sessions and case studies in which you will gain valuable insights from experienced colleagues and challenge yourself.
You will also receive your equipment so that you are ready to go (company notebook, mobile phone, etc.).
Your first “real” working day starts with getting to know your team and all colleagues in our practice group “Software Solutions”. Your mentor, who we refer to as a “Career Development Counselor” (CDC), will welcome you and introduce you to your teammates. You will gain extensive insights into our world of software development and be able to familiarize yourself with the tools, methods and procedures.
You will then start directly with your colleagues on the project where you will be supported by experienced team members at all times. As a software developer you will mainly work on existing or new projects related to zeb.control. Even if you work for banks, insurance companies or other financial service providers, traveling for work is rare, but when you do, it is always exciting and educational—we try to take personal interests into account here too.
For your commitment, you will receive a performance-related salary consisting of a fixed and a variable part as well as 28 days of vacation per year in Germany. At our other European locations the conditions may differ.
