Deine Aufgaben:

Gemeinsam mit deinem Team arbeitest du an strategischen Projekten zur Optimierung der Betriebsbereiche von Sparkassen oder Genossenschaftsbanken – von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
Du gestaltest bankfachliche (und technische) Prozesse und arrangierst aufbau- sowie prozessorganisatorische Themen.
- Du arbeitest auf strategischen Projekten, bei welchen du unsere Kunden als Impulsgeber:in bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesslandschaft unterstützt und die Digitalisierung vorantreibst.
- Du analysierst in Workshops und Interviews aktuelle Prozessabläufe, identifizierst und quantifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt den Kunden bei der Einführung von Verbesserungen sowie neuen Prozessen.
Du verstehst und analysierst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und erarbeitest konkrete Lösungsvorschläge zur erfolgreichen und nachhaltigen Etablierung des Prozessmanagements.
Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du immer mehr Verantwortung und steuerst zum Beispiel erste Teilprojekte, führst Projektkolleg:innen und bringst dich vermehrt in Akquisen ein.
Auch darüber hinaus hast du Lust, dich zu engagieren: Entwickle gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen innovative neue Lösungen für unsere Kunden, verfasse eigene Artikel oder wirke im Recruiting und Hochschulmarketing mit.

Deine Skills:

Dein Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, z. B. BWL, VWL, Business Administration) hast du erfolgreich absolviert oder du verfügst über einen vergleichbaren berufsbegleitenden Abschluss.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Welt der Sparkassen, Genossenschaftsbanken oder im Consulting für den Regionalbankenmarkt.
Du bringst idealerweise fachliches Know-how hinsichtlich Organisation und Prozessmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in agree21, OSPlus, OSPlus_neo und PPS mit.

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

How would you describe the atmosphere at zeb?

The atmosphere at zeb is very friendly and welcoming.
