Working Time Models

In deiner Rolle als (Senior) Manager:in übernimmst du Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Projekten und treibst Themen im Versicherungsumfeld weiter voran. Dein konkreter Fokus richtet sich nach deinem Erfahrungslevel.

 

Zukünftige Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
  • Übernahme von (Teil-)Verantwortung in Akquise-Opportunitäten und Projektkonstellationen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Wissensbasis mit Schwerpunkt auf:
    • Rechnungswesen (HGB / IFRS)
    • Controlling, insbesondere Finanzcontrolling
    • Kosten- und Effizienzprojekte
    • Corporate Finance, z. B. im Kontext von Konsolidierungsprozessen (optional, je nach Profil)
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in der Marktbearbeitung und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung in der Client Coverage zu übernehmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern bei der Ausgestaltung von Markt- und Projektthemen. 

 

Zusätzliche Aufgaben als Senior Manager:in

Als Senior Manager:in übernimmst du eine sichtbare Expertenrolle und setzt Impulse in Projekten, Akquiseprozessen und der Marktbearbeitung:

  • Sparrings- und fachliche:r Diskussionspartner:in bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Markt‑ und Projektunterlagen
  • Impulsgeber:in in Akquiseprozessen und Begleitung der Projektumsetzung als anerkannte fachliche Instanz
  • Unterstützung beim Netzwerkaufbau, inklusive Konferenzteilnahmen und Pflege eines aktiven persönlichen Netzwerks
Deine Skills
  • Sehr guter Master- oder Diplomabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige (Manager:in) bzw. langjährige (Senior Manager:in) relevante Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Beratungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und Controlling
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, unternehmerisches Denken und überzeugende Kommunikationsskills
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift. #LI-LARA #LI-Hybrid
  • Von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich:
    • Erfahrung in einer führenden Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft

Our application process
Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.
Online application
The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.
Screening
After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.
Online assessment
For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.
Interviews
If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.
Decision
After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.
Contract offer
If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Contract conclusion
If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
