Apprenticeship - Office Management Assistants
Launch into your professional future
Do you like to coordinate and organize? Are you communicative and interested in a practical, future-oriented apprenticeship? Then our vocational training aligns perfectly with your interests.
You will cycle through all of our training areas and get profound insights into daily office management at zeb. Sounds exciting? It is.
What we offer
During your three-year apprenticeship you will get to know all relevant internal areas. You will gain insights into human resources management, support the personal assistants and secretaries offices, get involved in marketing and event management, be introduced to accounting and work in research.
From day one you will have your own tasks in the various areas. The team is always there to help you and answer your questions. In each department you have your personal contact person who supports you in your tasks. If you have any questions that relate to your apprenticeship in general, you can always talk to our training supervisor.
The Ludwig-Erhard-Berufskolleg in Münster provides the theoretical basis for your apprenticeship. Two subjects, namely office and business processes, are mandatory qualifications. For your elective qualifications, you can choose your specialization yourself, whereby assistance and secretarial services is set by us as the second option.

How is your apprenticeship supervised/supported?
Due to regularly moving through departments, we get to know coworkers in each department who first show us around, introduce us and are open to questions and who are given our reports to read through. At the end of each departmental assignment a short feedback session is held.
