The promotion of women in consulting is a matter close to our hearts. In this context, the FemaleExcellence@zeb program presents a variety of events and initiatives such as the women@zeb network or the female buddy program.

For the first orientation in the new company an apprentice or integrated degree student that is further along will provide you with assistance and offer you guidance as a mentor.

In zeb offices you can dress casually. We do not have a dress code.

Thanks to our technical equipment, remote work is possible from anywhere – regardless of whether you are on the train, at home or in the office.

As a consultant you can choose whether you work from home or go into the office. Depending on the project situation, additional home office days are possible by arrangement. Depending on the job profile, internal departments also have the flexibility to work from home.

Your life is changing—and we would like to accompany you through the different phases. zeb.life offers you support for example in childcare, life situation management and eldercare or in finding concierge services.

Your working model is not set in stone with us. Adapt your hours to your personal situation. You can develop your part-time model in consultation with your CDC (Career Development Counselor) and in consideration of your project and adapt it as required. In addition, the principle of “trust-based hours” applies for all our employees, enabling flexible schedules.

You have the possibility to flexibly top up the amount of vacation you can take by taking unpaid leave—simply and without much bureaucracy.
