Meike has been with zeb since the beginning of 2023 and works in personnel development. How did you first learn about zeb?
A former fellow student talked to me enthusiastically about her new job at zeb. The way she described the corporate culture and the exciting projects made me curious. A few months later, I saw a job advertisement that exactly matched my interests and skills. I knew immediately that this was the perfect opportunity and applied straight away.
Why did you decide to work in personnel development?
Even while studying, I already realized that I was particularly interested in personnel development. I also gained valuable experience in internships and noticed how varied the tasks are. Above all, I am thrilled to be able to support my colleagues in their professional development and to make a positive contribution to their individual growth and thus ultimately to the growth of zeb.
What are some of your typical tasks?
I am a contact for all employee questions relating to personnel development. On top of that, I am responsible for the digital learning platform, where employees have access to numerous seminars and e-learning courses. I also organize the seminars, from planning to realization and evaluation. What I find particularly exciting is the continuous development of the offerings to ensure that they meet our employees’ current needs.

Personnel development is crucial for zeb's future because it enables our employees to continuously develop themselves and thus contributes to zeb's competitiveness and innovative strength. Through targeted further training, we not only strengthen the motivation and performance of our employees, but also secure the managers and experts of tomorrow. After all, competent and qualified employees are the basis for ensuring that we can always develop the best solutions for our clients.
