Every year anew, Christmas time is a special occasion for us to give something back together. In 2025, numerous colleagues at our offices once again showed their commitment by putting their hearts and souls into preparing lovingly wrapped Christmas gifts. This allowed us to bring some Christmas cheer to children, adolescents and other people in challenging life situations.
Our commitment at the Münster office
A total of 164 Christmas presents were collected at the Münster office and handed over to two social institutions on December 17. The recipients were children and young people who are dependent on support and safe services:
Diakonie Münster (84 gifts)
- Mädchen Sleep-In: An important contact point for girls who live on the streets to find protection, support and a safe place to stay.
- MOBILE: Meeting place and contact point for young people and families who struggle financially.
- At-home assistance: Socio-educational support for children from socially disadvantaged families – the gifts were handed over to children who are currently still living with their families of origin.
LWL Youth Home Tecklenburg (80 gifts)
Gifts were handed over to children and young people from various residential groups. The residential groups are located in various cities including Lienen, Emsdetten, Nordwalde, Hohne, Lengerich, Saerbeck, Steinfurt and Münster.
Christmas gift campaigns at other offices
In addition to our Münster office, other zeb offices in Germany and Austria have also organized their own Christmas gift campaigns, supporting local social institutions.
An overview of this year’s campaigns:
- Berlin: 52 gifts for children via Die Arche
- Frankfurt: 60 gifts for the Taunusblick senior citizens’ residence and the Griesheim children’s and youth home
- Hamburg: 65 gifts for the Hamburger Tafel
- Munich: 105 gifts for children via the Münchner Tafel
- Münster 164 gifts for the LWL Youth Home Tecklenburg and Diakonie Münster
- Vienna: Gifts for Team Christkind

Our special thanks go to all colleagues who took part – whether by providing and wrapping the gifts or by organizing the gift campaigns in the background. This impressive commitment shows how much we can achieve together.
