Consulting at zeb involves more than just numbers and analyses – it also thrives on strong communication, effective design and clear language. This is exactly where the Design & Languages team comes in. As the central interface between consulting, marketing, internal communications and recruiting, we ensure that complex content is conveyed in a comprehensible, visually convincing and linguistically precise manner.

Regardless of whether the topic concerns PowerPoint, branding, AI applications or video content – our team has the experts to fulfill any need. This allows us to not only cover a wide range of use cases within the consulting business, but also effectively support internal divisions such as recruiting and external marketing.
Throughout the process, we work closely with colleagues and/or clients, starting from the initial idea until the final product. It is important to develop a suitable design concept that gets to the core of the message.
Our various projects include the design of an individual client logo e.g. in the Sparkasse layout, the production of professional videos in our own studio in Münster and the development of creative design concepts for acquisition presentations in PowerPoint. We also create effective social media campaigns for the recruiting department and design the layout for our popular zeb.christmas party.
Our language service supports both our consultants and internal departments with a wide range of services – from editing and proofreading a wide variety of corporate texts to multilingual translations and transcreations and even individual language coaching.
The Languages team consists of experienced editors and translators who ensure that our texts are flawless in terms of both content and language as well as stylistically and culturally appropriate. We dedicate special attention to the importance of inclusive and respectful communication and adherence to zeb’s corporate language. Our goal is to optimize texts so that they not only look and sound professional but also convey the desired message precisely and compellingly.
In addition to our language services, we also provide support with the creation and formatting of various Word documents and corporate templates for a professional and recognizable layout.
Language and design are inseparable – they complement each other perfectly in numerous projects. That’s why both disciplines work in a joint department that builds on creative synergies. Frequent communication as well as shared team events build on a natural partnership and strengthen collaboration. Our colleagues are based in Münster and Berlin – connected by good ideas, direct (digital) channels of communication and plenty of team spirit.
