zeb.Uni
Once a year, zeb organizes zeb.Uni, a major innovation and network meeting. Employees from all locations then return to zeb’s roots and congregate in Münster. A two-day program, which is planned and organized by a small team, awaits them in the Halle Münsterland congress center.
Agenda
It comprises lectures, workshops and discussion groups. The presentations are available in different formats, e.g. “Five theses on ...” or “Two perspectives on ...”. The program includes reports on successful client projects, innovations and new consulting approaches and thus numerous opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills. zeb.Uni traditionally opens with the Managing Director’s speech on current market activities and zeb’s strategic development. External speakers from our clients’ top management often provide very personal insights and perspectives with views on challenges and opportunities of their respective companies.
Innovation
New digital tools that make work easier and ensure even better collaboration are presented in a showroom. There is also a marketplace with booths on various topics. However, the focus is not just on joint learning.
Network
zeb.Uni offers a lot of space for networking, meeting longtime colleagues and getting to know new team members and departments. During the breaks, our employees meet in mixed and lively groups in and in front of the building to exchange ideas, discuss, debate, gesticulate and laugh together. A babble of voices in a variety of languages can be heard – from German and English to Italian, Polish and Swedish. After all, this is where people from many different European countries converge
zeb.Uni is a great get-together. They all jointly experience what it means to be part of a strong and competent community that shapes the financial industry.
