zeb.talents – a career development and networking program
zeb.talents offers former zeb interns the unique opportunity to stay in close contact with zeb even after their internship ends. The program was launched ten years ago. Currently,106 talents are part of it. zeb.talents allows them to deepen their expertise in workshops with experienced zeb employees and expand their personal network. The program has already resulted in about 50 permanent hires.
Twice a year, zeb hosts a talents event, the focus of which is primarily on networking and team building. These include joint activities such as cooking classes, city rallies or sports challenges like water skiing, which allow the talents to get to know each other better and engage with zeb employees in a relaxed atmosphere. This type of networking is also promoted via a shared LinkedIn group. Working on case studies, the talents get to tackle current issues in the financial services sector and familiarize themselves with the case study format. Interesting workshops on innovative topics such as Scrum or Design Thinking are also part of the program.
In addition, all zeb.talents receive an invitation to the annual zeb.Uni, a large innovation and networking event and a great opportunity to meet zeb employees from all office locations in Münster. The two-day program features experienced zeb experts as well as external speakers who give lectures on exciting topics and conduct workshops on current work concepts.
The overarching aim of the zeb.talents program is to provide outstanding interns with the necessary means and resources to help them shape their individual careers. For example, zeb makes it easier for talents to enter the consulting business by shortening their application process.
