I like to engage in dialog with people to get them excited about zeb: In Talent Acquisition Management, I use the Professional Career Networks to recruit new employees for zeb. In Candidate Relationship Management, I keep in touch with interesting and interested candidates and, via our zeb.stayconnected program, with people who are not currently looking to or able to work here. 

... I manage my family’s day-to-day life   
... I make sure my two daughters are happy; ... I like to meet friends and relax by doing Pilates. 

... comes from a good podcast, a coffee and the prospect of having a nice day with varied tasks and great colleagues. Thanks to the diverting activities and the great teamwork, I (mostly) don’t find it difficult to get up in the morning. 

... the internship program in consulting. I am the contact person for all questions and concerns. Screening applications and communicating with internship candidates are part of my day-to-day tasks. 

... I love variety, just as in my everyday working life. You will find me at concerts, at the cinema or at a cozy cooking and dinner party with friends. To compensate for the hustle and bustle of work, I also love to do a good workout session or to binge-watch (some) series episodes on the couch. 

I don’t find it too difficult to get up as I’m usually full of energy early in the morning – in fact, too much so for some of the night owls in my household 😀! Once I’ve had that all-important cup of coffee, I like to start the day with a morning run. Afterwards, I look forward to an exciting, varied working day with friendly colleagues.

True to the motto “standing still is moving backwards”, my passion for change and optimization keeps me going every day. As a Recruiting Manager at zeb, I’m always on the lookout for the IT consultants of tomorrow. This constantly provides me with the challenge I need and the opportunity to give free rein to my ideas for new recruiting strategies.

... family and friends come first. Thanks to my young daughter, I’m constantly on the go and giving my all. I guess that’s why I find sitting still a little difficult. It’s always a highlight for me to check off an item on my bucket list – which still has one or two brilliant things to do or see on it.

... are our three boys who have to be sent off to school on time and be taken to kindergarten, respectively. After a bit of fresh air I've usually fought off the initial tiredness, feel energized and am ready to start working.

My super power is my specific background. As a humanities graduate and an online marketing expert I'm not exactly a prototypical zeb employee. Instead I can contribute a different perspective on things due to my unusual resume, and I'm hopefully able to thereby enrich the team as a whole.

… I spend most of my time around my kids. Other than that, I read a lot and try to keep up with the constant supply of new Netflix content. The rest of my free-time is entirely devoted to sports. Having been a sports journalist, I care about and watch a good number of different sports. And I actively participate in Basketball a couple of times each week – as a player but also coaching under-8 and under-10 kids teams.

A balanced breakfast and fresh coffee.  

Communication and stamina. I like to talk a lot and I try to get our potential candidates excited about zeb on the phone every day, invite them to an interview and provide them with all of the information they need.

... I relax in my lush green garden oasis complete with a hammock.  
Ideally, I have my family and good friends with me and we eat outdoors.

... is pushed by a relaxed start to the day with a delicious coffee, looking forward to varied tasks as well as meeting and working together with different people. I am particularly motivated by constantly taking on new challenges.

... new approaches. When communicating with internal and external decision-makers, it is particularly important for me to always engage with people and work together to find the best possible solution for everyone involved. 

... I usually seek my balance in soccer. I like training and playing as part of a team. I always enjoy exploring new places and new culinary delights with friends.

... I am already motivated when I get up, and after my first coffee, I am even more so. 

Contact management and networking - to inspire as many people to join zeb as are interested in zeb. I am happy to gain new colleagues through the Professional Career Networks as part of Talent Acquisition Management and to be in contact with interesting people. 

... I prefer to spend every free minute in the sand playing beach volleyball – if that's not possible, I like to move around in the fresh air.

... Being able to talk to candidates about their CVs fascinates me every day. A multifaceted job that I love, together with lots of great colleagues –  that's what matters to me!

Creativity and organizational skills are not mutually exclusive, but go hand in hand for me. In my role as IT Recruiting Manager, this is how I create a valuable candidate experience throughout the application process at zeb, findic, and zeb.applied.

... I like to plan the next long-distance trip and frolicking around together with my two boys. And if there is a reason to celebrate, then I’ll definitely bring the cake!

... starts with cycling to the office and drinking the first hot cup of tea. Afterwards, I look forward to a varied day with my colleagues. I regularly come across new tasks and challenges that motivate me every day.

... communication. My degree in communication laid the foundations that I can now apply in my job. I am responsible for the FemaleExcellence program and the marketing for young professionals, so I always get to meet new zeb employees, graduates and students. In addition, I develop creative ideas for the design of our website.

... I’m trying to find a good balance. My family and friends are especially important to me, and I like to spend as much time with them as possible. In between, however, I do take time for myself and spend the evening on the sofa or sit on the balcony reading a book. As a contrast to the working day I like to go on the treadmill, do a workout at home or go for a bike ride in the countryside.
