- You analyze how customers' operations are affected by relevant regulations and provide advice on implementation and compliance.
- You lead and/or support the second-line compliance function at selected customers.
- You support customers in regulatory-driven change projects or projects to optimize regulatory compliance (including the development of frameworks for internal governance and control, policy documents and organizational structures).
- You contribute to a healthy culture and an ethical approach among our customers through training.
- You contribute to the development of our business and customer offering and supervise our junior colleagues.
Your skills:
- You hold an academic degree in Law or other relevant higher education.
- You have minimum 4 years of practical experience from a law firm, consultancy, regulatory authority, or a company in the financial or insurance sector.
- You have experience with or reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority is a plus.
- You are a team player with a collaborative and unpretentious approach.
- You have a strong ability to work independently and you manage complex tasks.
- You have a high social competence, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- You have a strong integrity and sound judgment.
- You are excellent in verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- You are curious, solution-oriented, and driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- You have experience in dealing in change and working with complex regulatory matters.
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with both clients and colleagues.
