Analyst or Consultant Asset Management in Poland and Central Europe (f/m/x)

To offer you the best possible flexibility, you don’t have to live in one of our locations to work with us: in addition to appointments with clients, you can choose to travel to the office or prefer to work from home. For this reason, you can choose your location as well as your Practice Group - project groups for specific topics - and easily change them over time, if needed. Individual coaching is very important to us. For this purpose, you will be assigned a mentor, in our case a CDC – Career Development Counselor. If you wish, you can easily change your CDC.
Your tasks
- You develop future-proof business and operating models for asset managers and structure their execution into the client organizations.
- Seek and find answers to changing client needs in capital management, analyse market attractiveness and identify functions and processes with high potential for digitization and automation.
- Leverage regulatory requirement to design and position asset managers, e.g. regarding ESG, product innovation, or location / market selection.
- You analyze the companies, their competition and the customer needs of retail and institutional investors, prepare the results in a structured and management-oriented manner.
- You contribute to our market studies (e.g. European Asset Management Study), publish own articles and white papers on topics driving the market. You also support recruiting and our university marketing.
- With increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility, present work results to our customers, manage project streams, lead projects and become increasingly involved in business development activities.
Your skills
- Master’s degree in business administration or comparable academic background.
- University degree in business administration (Master’s or PhD) or comparable academic background. Alternatively, as an Analyst, you hold a B.Sc and target the Master in parallel to your professional career.
- Ideally, you already have professional or project experience in consulting, the financial sector, a capital management company, an asset manager or a FinTech.
- You have specialist know-how in asset management and the associated business processes and functions (front-to-back) of a capital management company or asset manager.
- You understand how to combine your capital market-oriented knowledge of liquid and illiquid asset classes with regulatory requirements (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SFDR, CSRD).
- You think strategically and enjoy challenging the status quo.
- In addition to your mother tongue, you speak fluently English and German.
