Flexibility

To offer you the best possible flexibility, you don’t have to live in one of our locations to work with us: in addition to appointments with clients, you can choose to travel to the office or prefer to work from home. For this reason, you can choose your location as well as your Practice Group - project groups for specific topics - and easily change them over time, if needed. Individual coaching is very important to us. For this purpose, you will be assigned a mentor, in our case a CDC – Career Development Counselor. If you wish, you can easily change your CDC.

Your tasks 

  • Shape the transformation of the financial services industry through the use of DLT
  • Advise financial institutions, asset managers, stock exchanges and FinTechs on their digital assets strategy and develop business models for both institutional and retail clients.
  • Analyze the impact of digital assets regarding business models, develop business cases and concrete implementation measures.
  • Support our clients in developing a positioning in the digital assets ecosystem and accompany the projects from idea to implementation.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team to transform the financial services industry along the entire value chain.
  • Analyze the current market and customer needs and prepare the results in a structured and management-oriented manner.
  • Support business development, research and thought leadership activities (like white papers or studies) to further expand the range of services in the area of digital assets.
  • Develop innovations together, write your own articles or get involved in recruiting and university marketing.

Your skills 

  • University degree in business administration (Master’s or PhD) or comparable academic background. Alternatively, as an Analyst, you hold a B.Sc and target the Master in parallel to your professional career.
  • Curiosity and passion for DLT ecosystems and digital assets.
  • Knowledge of digital assets such as cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, NFTs, DeFi and tokenization as well as the value chain in the traditional securities business.
  • Initial know-how on regulatory initiatives in the area of digital assets such as Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and DLT Pilot Regime.
  • Experience in consulting, in the financial sector, at a bank or at a FinTech through internships.
  • You are committed to working in a team and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You think strategically and are conscientious in your implementation.
  • You are used to think out of the box and creative.
  • In addition to your mother tongue, you speak fluently English and German.
