Flexibility

To offer you the best possible flexibility, you don’t have to live in one of our locations to work with us: in addition to appointments with clients, you can choose to travel to the office or prefer to work from home. For this reason, you can choose your location as well as your Practice Group - project groups for specific topics - and easily change them over time, if needed. Individual coaching is very important to us. For this purpose, you will be assigned a mentor, in our case a CDC – Career Development Counselor. If you wish, you can easily change your CDC.

Your tasks:

In international and diverse teams, you tackle strategic problems, contribute your expertise, and will be assigned to projects aimed at improving our clients’ performance.
You review strategies, develop alternatives and implement forward-looking concepts.
You analyze client needs and market insights and prepare your results in a structured, clear and management-oriented manner.
You are responsible for single project streams to be managed autonomously under the supervision of a senior team member.
Aside from your project work, you also commit to zeb by providing speeches, articles and contributing to the development of relevant business know-how.

Your skills:

University degree (Master’s or PhD) in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
You have 2-3 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or in a financial institution.
You are analytically strong, possess excellent skills to structure complex issues and combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertise.
In project teams, you are inquisitive and persuasive, a team player who acts in a client-centric manner and thinks strategically and creatively.
You enjoy questioning the status quo.
You are willing to travel within Europe for client projects.
You speak Polish and English fluently.
A plus, not a must: You have a basic knowledge of German (at least C1) and you are willing to further develop your German skills.

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
