But mentoring is more than just career planning. It also consists of sparring and feedback from your colleagues in the practice group. PGs are where we exchange and validate ideas, develop innovations, learn together and create something new.
As part of our onboarding journey, we host various events where you can experience our culture firsthand, meet other newcomers, and learn the ins and outs of your everyday work at zeb. zeb.start is a welcome week that takes place in Münster and features a varied program. We also offer networking meetings in advance and, shortly after your first day, a virtual starter kit where you will learn everything you need to get off to the best possible start at our company.
Your tasks
- During your internship you will explore the needs of banks and insurance companies as an “associate consultant” and gain first-hand experience of project work in the financial services sector.
- You will contribute to the transformation of the financial industry with your ideas and oversee data analyses, their syntheses and the formalization of results.
- You will take on your own tasks, model new solutions together with your team and jointly present the results to the client.
- You will have the opportunity to put the knowledge gained during your studies into practice and to develop further through constructive feedback.
- In a motivated and cooperative team, you will drive change and help us break the mold with your skills.
Your skills
- You are close to finishing your Master’s degree program and getting good grades.
- You have already gained (initial) experience in a management consulting company or in the financial services sector through internships / student assistant positions / projects. The internship will increase your chances of entering into a permanent position at zeb.
- You are responsible, committed and team-oriented.
- You work reliably, grasp issues quickly and enjoy immersing yourself in complex problems.
- You question the status quo with curiosity and creativity and support your team in developing new ideas.
- You are fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are a plus.
- The internship will last 3 months.
