Mentoring & Coaching

Together with your CDC (Career Development Counselor) you will plan your personal career path and find support in pursuing your development goals. But mentoring is more than just career planning. It also consists of sparring and feedback from your colleagues in the practice group. PGs are where we exchange and validate ideas, develop innovations, learn together and create something new.

Onboarding events

Events

Your tasks

During your internship you will explore the needs of banks and insurance companies as a “temporary consultant” and get to know project work in the financial services sector at first hand.
Contribute your ideas on the transformation of the financial industry: digitalization, agile work, and a wide range of bank management topics are examples of the diversity that awaits you.
You will take on your own tasks, model new solutions together with your team and jointly present the results to the client.
You will prepare market studies concerning the financial services sector in various subject areas such as risk management, strategy and organization, capital markets, restructuring operating models and IT.
You will have the opportunity to put the knowledge gained during your studies into practice and to develop further through constructive feedback.
In a motivated and cooperative team, you will drive change and bring your skills to bear.

Your skills

You are at least in the third semester of your Bachelor’s program or already doing your Master with good grades.
You have initial experience in consulting or in the financial sector through relevant internships or vocational training.
You are responsible, committed and team-oriented.
You work reliably, grasp issues quickly and enjoy immersing yourself in complex problems.
You question the status quo with curiosity and creativity and support your team in developing new ideas.
You speak Polish and English fluently. German is beneficial, but not essential.LI-Hybrid

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

How would you describe the atmosphere at zeb?
