Working Time Models

The principle of “trust-based hours” applies for all our employees, enabling flexible schedules. Deine Aufgaben: 
  • Du übernimmst (Teil-)Projektleitungen in IT-Projekten für unsere Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche.
  • An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business tauchst du in deine Lieblingsthemen bei Versicherungen ein, u. a.:
    • Konzeption und Implementierung von Digitalisierungsstrategien.
    • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Organisation und des IT-Betriebsmodells.
    • Strategische und operative IT-Modernisierung.
    • Auswahl und Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und -Lösungen.
  • Als coachende:r Mentor:in stehst du jüngeren Kolleg:innen zur Seite und begleitest sie auf ihrem Entwicklungspfad bei zeb.
  • Auch außerhalb der Projektarbeit kannst du Größe zeigen: Arbeite im Team an Innovationen, verfasse eigene Artikel oder beteilige dich an Studien wie dem Digital Pulse Check, bei dem Endkund:innen und Versicherer zum digitalen Status quo befragt werden.
Deine Skills: 
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige (Teil-)Projektleitungserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Organisationen und/oder der Neugestaltung von IT-Systemen (IT-Strategie, Systemauswahl, IT-Migration).
  • Dein Studium hast du mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Physik, Naturwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften abgeschlossen.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der IT-Transformation von Versicherungen mit und verfügst über Branchenkenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche Krankenversicherung, Lebensversicherung, Kompositversicherung. 
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, überzeugst mit analytischen Fähigkeiten und kommunizierst souverän beim Kunden.
  • Du stellst gewohnte Strukturen infrage und gestaltest fachliche sowie technische Prozesse kreativ neu. 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift.  #LI-LN1 #LI-Hybrid

Our application process
Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.
Online application
The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.
Screening
After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.
Online assessment
For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.
Interviews
If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.
Decision
After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.
Contract offer
If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Contract conclusion
If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
