Flexibility

To offer you the best possible flexibility, you don’t have to live in one of our locations to work with us: in addition to appointments with clients, you can choose to travel to the office or prefer to work from home. For this reason, you can choose your location as well as your Practice Group - project groups for specific topics - and easily change them over time, if needed. Individual coaching is very important to us. For this purpose, you will be assigned a mentor, in our case a CDC – Career Development Counselor. If you wish, you can easily change your CDC.

  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team arbeitest du an Projekten im Bereich Operations und digitale Transformation bei Versicherungsunternehmen – von der ersten Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Du gestaltest und optimierst Organisationen, Prozesse sowie Technologien, koordinierst die Umstrukturierung und automatisierst Abläufe, um Effizienz und Innovation voranzutreiben.
  • Du agierst als Impulsgeber:in bei der Neugestaltung der Prozesslandschaft unserer Kunden, treibst die Digitalisierung voran und unterstützt die Implementierung fortschrittlicher Lösungen.
  • In Workshops und Interviews analysierst du bestehende Prozesse, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, quantifizierst diese und begleitest die Kunden bei der Implementierung von Maßnahmen.
  • Du verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden tiefgehend und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungsvorschläge, die zu nachhaltigen Verbesserungen im Prozessmanagement führen.
  • Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung, leitest Projekte, führst Teammitglieder, betreust unsere Kunden und engagierst dich bei der Akquise neuer Projekte.
  • Du möchtest darüber hinaus Verantwortung übernehmen? Erarbeite innovative Lösungsansätze oder nutze die Möglichkeit, Megatrends zu analysieren und eigene Artikel sowie Studien zu verfassen.
Deine Skills:
  • Dein Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, z. B. BWL, VWL, Business Administration) hast du erfolgreich absolviert oder du verfügst über einen vergleichbaren berufsbegleitenden Abschluss.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufbau eines Prozessmanagements und in zugehörigen Methoden wie Facharchitektur, Prozessoptimierungsmethoden und KPI-Steuerungen mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten zur digitalen Transformation, idealerweise im Bereich Operations bei einer Versicherung oder in der Beratung, gesammelt.
  • Du bringst Fachwissen hinsichtlich der Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels RPA, der klassischen Prozessoptimierung (z. B. Process Journeys) sowie der digitalen Umgestaltung von Kundenservice- und Vertriebsprozessen mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Restrukturierungsprojekten mit organisatorischen Auswirkungen, einschließlich Personal, Prozess und IT.

Tips for your application

Our application process
Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.
Online application
The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.
Screening
After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.
Online assessment
For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.
Interviews
If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.
Decision
After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.
Contract offer
If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Contract conclusion
If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
