Onboarding events

As part of our onboarding journey, we host various events where you can experience our culture firsthand, meet other newcomers, and learn the ins and outs of your everyday work at zeb. zeb.start is a welcome week that takes place in Münster and features a varied program. We also offer networking meetings in advance and, shortly after your first day, a virtual starter kit where you will learn everything you need to get off to the best possible start at our company.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du verantwortest oder begleitest Trainings- und Coachingmaßnahmen im Vertrieb von Banken und Versicherungen.
Dabei agierst du als kompetente Ansprechperson auf Augenhöhe für Entscheider:innen, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende.
Du bringst innovative Trainings- und Coachingmethoden mit, um unsere Kunden passgenau in ihrem Veränderungsprozess zu unterstützen.
Aus Themen wie kundenzentrierter Beratung, neuen Technologien und digitalen Prozessen gestaltest du individuelle Lösungen für die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden.
Auf den Projekten arbeitest du eng mit unseren zeb-Expert:innen aus dem Consulting zusammen.

Deine Skills:

Eigene vertriebliche Erfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Vertriebscoach und Trainer:in, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungssektor.
Zertifizierte Aus- und Weiterbildungen im Bereich Coaching, Training oder Consulting.
Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss (Master/Diplom), eine Ausbildung zum/zur Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau und/oder Bankfachwirt/Bankfachwirtin.
Begeisterndes, empathisches und überzeugungsstarkes Auftreten.
Fließendes Schweizerdeutsch sowie idealerweise Englisch.#LI-EK1 #LI-DNI

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
