Working from Home

Sabbatical

Time4u is zeb’s own working time account that allows you to take a sabbatical. We currently only offer Time4u in Germany. Du stellst den Mitarbeitenden bei zeb gemeinsam mit dem Team modernste Arbeitsplatzumgebungen zur Verfügung.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für einen modernen Plattform- und Infrastrukturbetrieb, den wir mittels Richtlinien und mit einem hohen Grad an Automatisierung für unsere knapp 1500 Kolleg:innen in Europa zentral aus Münster servicieren.
Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung und Pflege administrativer Richtlinien und Applikationen mit.
In unserer Microsoft-basierten Infrastruktur bist du im Second-Level-Support tätig.
Du erstellst übersichtliche Dokumentationen und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
Du arbeitest mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern im Betrieb sowie in innovativen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der IT zusammen.

Deine Skills:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen, z. B. im First-/Second-Level-Support, mit.
Du bist motiviert, dich in die Bereiche Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Microsoft 365 und Azure schnell einzuarbeiten.
Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
Du zeichnest dich durch Eigenverantwortung, Engagement sowie eine Offenheit für neue Technologien und moderne Arbeitsweisen aus.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift. #LI-LW1

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

What do you like most about your job at zeb? 

Having studied German literature and linguistics, I didn’t originally have a background in business administration. But with the fantastic support of my colleagues at zeb, I have been able to familiarize myself with this field very quickly and can now do exactly what I enjoy, and that is working with texts.

What are your responsibilities in the corporate functions?

As a graphic designer in the Design team, I am responsible for a variety of tasks, such as creating animations and social media posts, designing the layout and coordinating the printing of studies, or planning and organizing photo shoots.
