Working Time Models

The principle of “trust-based hours” applies for all our employees, enabling flexible schedules. Als Social-Media-Expert:in bist du für die Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Webseiten sowie digitalen Plattformen zuständig.
Nutze deine Fähigkeiten im Bereich Suchmaschinenmarketing und trage somit dazu bei, dass unsere Software von potenziellen Kunden gefunden wird.
Als Teil unseres Teams hast du die Chance, deine Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in der Praxis zu zeigen und dich persönlich sowie fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Skills

Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Onlinemarketing.
Du zeigst Interesse an Finanz- und/oder Controllingthemen.
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und erste Erfahrungen mit Content-Management-Systemen wie WordPress oder Drupal (falls nicht, auch kein Problem!).
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift. #LI-Hybrid

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

My first few weeks at zeb were very exciting overall. I learned lots of new things right from the start and was warmly welcomed into the team. I liked the informal atmosphere and the way everybody’s always ready to help.

Each of my tasks was extremely interesting in its own way. It is always the most exciting when I can contribute my own suggestions and ideas and these are always taken seriously and appreciated.
