Deine Aufgaben
- Du gestaltest aktiv den Ausbau von Operational Excellence im österreichischen Regionalbankenmarkt und unterstützt Institute dabei, ihre Prozesse effizient, skalierbar und zukunftsfähig aufzustellen.
- Du entwickelst C Level Beziehungen im COO Umfeld (insbesondere Marktfolge, Organisation und IT), positionierst zeb als führenden Partner für Prozessoptimierung, Effizienzprogramme und Industrialisierung und verantwortest die Akquisition sowie die Entwicklung von Beratungsmandaten im COO-Umfeld.
- Du leitest Transformationsprojekte mit Fokus auf Operational Excellence – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung – und stellst messbaren Impact sicher (z. B. Kostenreduktion, Durchlaufzeitverkürzung, Qualitätssteigerung).
- Du analysierst bankweite End to End Prozesse (Kredit, Passiv, intern), gestaltest sie neu und optimierst gezielt die Schnittstelle zwischen Markt und Marktfolge, um Medienbrüche zu reduzieren, Verantwortlichkeiten klar zu regeln und Durchlaufzeiten zu verkürzen sowie regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. BWG, CRR/CRR3, ESG) effizient und prüfungssicher zu integrieren.
- Du treibst Industrialisierungs und Automatisierungsinitiativen voran – von Workflowlösungen und API Integrationen bis hin zu KI gestützten Prozessschritten –, mit dem Ziel, Skalierbarkeit und Effizienz nachhaltig zu erhöhen.
- Du baust bankweite Prozessmanagement Strukturen auf und entwickelst Governance, Methoden, KPIs sowie einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess weiter.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung als Sparringspartner:in auf Vorstandsebene, als Führungskraft im Projekt und als inhaltliche Gestaltungskraft bei Effizienzprogrammen, Reorganisationen sowie operativ geprägten Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungsvorhaben.
Deine Skills
- Du verfügst über langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder im Bankensektor.
- Dein Hochschulstudium (z. B. BWL, VWL, Business Administration oder eine vergleichbare berufsbegleitende Ausbildung) hast du erfolgreich absolviert.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Umsetzung von Operational Excellence, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung und hast dabei bereits überzeugende Erfolge erzielt.
- Dein Wissen zu Kreditprozessen (Markt und Marktfolge), Betriebsmodellen von Regionalbanken sowie regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen ist fundiert, und du kannst es in tragfähige Prozess und Organisationslösungen übersetzen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Netzwerks im Bankingumfeld sowie in der Generierung von Projektgeschäft mit.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke, dein Engagement und deine Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, interdisziplinären Umfeld runden dein Profil ab.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift.#LI-EK1 #LI-Hybrid
