Deine Aufgaben:
Du unterstützt unser Team durch ein professionelles Officemanagement mit Schwerpunkt in der Entgeltabrechnung und im HR-Controlling.
Du übernimmst Tätigkeiten im Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen, erstellst Auswertungen (Excel, PowerBI) und erfasst und pflegst die Daten der Mitarbeitenden in den Systemen.
Du begleitest die termingerechte Abrechnung (SAP), inklusive aller Vor- und Nachbereitungen, für unsere Mitarbeitenden der deutschen Standorte (in Zusammenarbeit mit einer Kollegin).
Du betreust und berätst unsere Mitarbeitenden bei verschiedenen Fragestellungen.
Du entwickelst dich fachlich und persönlich weiter.
Deine Skills:
Du hast deine steuerfachliche/kaufmännische Ausbildung oder dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre o. Ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest ergebnis- und dienstleistungsorientiert, außerdem legst du großen Wert auf Diskretion und hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in der Abrechnung mit dem System SAP HCM sammeln – ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher). #LI-LW1

If you are currently going through the application phase and regard zeb as an interesting employer, you surely have many questions: How should I structure my resume? How do I write a good cover letter? How do I behave in a job interview?
The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.
After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.
For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.
If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.
After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.
If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As an Employer Brand Specialist, it never gets boring as I regularly engage with new trends across different generations and target groups.
