Wir betreiben eine überwiegend Microsoft-basierte Arbeitsplatzumgebung und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter. Neben klassischen Endpoint-Themen beschäftigen wir uns zunehmend mit der Qualität der Nutzererfahrung und dem gezielten Einsatz von Monitoring- und Analyseansätzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt bei der Verwaltung und dem Lifecycle-Management moderner Endgeräte (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS – mit Fokus auf Microsoft-Umfeld).
Du arbeitest an Richtlinien, der Softwareverteilung und der Automatisierung im Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) mit.
Du unterstützt im Second-Level-Support in einer Microsoft-basierten Infrastruktur.
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Ansprechpartner:innen sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring- und Analyseansätzen zur Endgerätequalität und Nutzererfahrung (z. B. im Kontext der Digital Employee Experience).
Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen zu Prozessen, Zuständigkeiten und Schnittstellen.

Deine Skills:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und erste praktische Erfahrungen im Endpoint-Management, idealerweise im Microsoft-Umfeld (z. B. Intune), gesammelt.
Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support und in ITSM-Prozessen mit.
Du interessierst dich für Themen wie Endpoint-Monitoring, Performanceanalyse und Nutzererfahrung.
Du konntest Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit macOS oder im Management von Apple-Geräten sammeln – ein Plus, kein Muss.
Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift. #LI-LW1

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

As an Employer Brand Specialist, it never gets boring as I regularly engage with new trends across different generations and target groups. From the target audience specific targeting through a recruiting campaign, the validation of various social media channels, to new AI tools or the metaverse, there is a lot to do. My work therefore combines strategic work with creativity and trend management. It is precisely this combination that makes my job so much fun.
