In deinem Praktikum unterstützt du die Projektarbeit in der Anwendungsentwicklung und lernst eine andere Seite der Unternehmensberatung hautnah kennen.
Bringe deine Ideen in die Transformation der Finanzbranche ein: agile Work, moderne Frameworks und neue IT-Architekturen sind Beispiele für die Vielfalt, die dich erwartet.
In eigenen Aufgabenpaketen innerhalb größerer Epics und Sprintwechsel übernimmst schnell Verantwortung und trägst so zum Projekterfolg bei.
In Dailys und Retros lernst du die Arbeitsweise einer agilen Softwareentwicklung auch in Kundenprojekten kennen.
Du hast die Möglichkeit, dein Wissen aus dem Studium bei uns in die Praxis umzusetzen und dich durch konstruktives Feedback stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
In einem motivierten und kollegialen Team treibst du Veränderung voran und trägst mit deinem Können dazu bei, alte Formate zu sprengen!

Deine Skills:

Erfolgreiches Studium ab dem 3. Bachelorsemester oder bereits im Master mit der Ausrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik, Physik oder BWL mit Nebenfach Informatik.
Erste gute Kenntnisse in Java, Datenbanken, SQL und/oder den Microsoft-Produkten.
Du bist verantwortungsvoll, zuverlässig und teamorientiert.
Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Spaß daran, in komplexe Problemstellungen einzutauchen.
Du interessierst dich für SCRUM und andere agile Methoden der Softwareentwicklung.
Mit Neugierde und Engagement stellst du Gewohntes infrage und unterstützt dein Team bei der Entwicklung neuer Softwarelösungen.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift.

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

My first few weeks at zeb were very exciting overall. I learned lots of new things right from the start and was warmly welcomed into the team. I liked the informal atmosphere and the way everybody’s always ready to help.
