Deine Aufgaben:

Als Leiter:in von (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich IT-Compliance und Informationssicherheit analysierst du die individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Sicherheitslösungen.
Du erarbeitest eine umfassende Cyber-Security-Strategie, indem du:
- die aktuellen Cyber-Security-Bedrohungen, Schwachstellen und Risiken identifizierst,
- die IT-Governance-Standards an das institutseigene Framework anpasst,
- technische und organisatorische Sicherheitsmaßnahmen implementierst,
- robuste IT-Compliance, IT-Resilienz und Business-Continuity-Strategien (BCM) entwickelst,
- Optimierungspotenziale in den entsprechenden Governance-Prozessen und ‑Systemen (u. a. GRC-Tools) ermittelst.
Durch deine aktive Beteiligung an Akquisen trägst du maßgeblich zur Stärkung der (Cyber-)Resilienz unserer Kunden bei und festigst langfristige Partnerschaften.
Als coachende:r Mentor:in förderst du den Teamerfolg und treibst deine eigene Karriere voran, indem du kontinuierlich Erfahrungen sammelst und dein Netzwerk erweiterst. Dabei baust du den Themenbereich IT Compliance & Resilience aktiv weiter aus.

Deine Skills:

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie ISACA-Zertifizierungen wie CRISC und CISM. Zusätzlich bringst du Erfahrung als Information Security Officer oder Compliance Management Officer mit und bist vertraut mit COBIT und ITIL.
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufs-/Projekterfahrung in IT-Compliance, ‑Governance, -Risikomanagement sowie Information Security, insbesondere in regulierten Umgebungen wie Banken und Beratungsunternehmen.
Du kennst die aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen der EZB, BaFin/Bundesbank und das regulatorische Umfeld der IT-Sicherheit. Kenntnisse in Xait, MaRisk, EBA GL on ICT und eventuell DORA runden dein Profil ab.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team an analytischen Herausforderungen, hast den Mut, gewohnte fachliche und technische Strukturen infrage zu stellen, und willst dich weiterentwickeln.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift. #LI-LN1 #LI-Hybrid

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
