In zeb offices you can dress casually. We do not have a dress code.

Time4u is zeb’s own working time account that allows you to take a sabbatical. We currently only offer Time4u in Germany. Whether it’s for traveling around the world, language course or an individual project – design your own time out. You can fill your account in different ways. Use your residual leave, a monthly installment of your gross salary or part of your annual bonus. 

Develop your strengths with us – and benefit from our comprehensive training program and language courses. In addition, individual seminars with external providers are possible if certain training programs are necessary yet unavailable in the general training catalog. Executive coaching: Regarding specific issues for executives, we offer training sessions in how to position oneself in the company, communication, leadership and negotiation management. 

As part of our onboarding journey, we host various events where you can experience our culture firsthand, meet other newcomers, and learn the ins and outs of your everyday work at zeb. zeb.start is a welcome week that takes place in Münster and features a varied program. We also offer networking meetings in advance and, shortly after your first day, a virtual starter kit where you will learn everything you need to get off to the best possible start at our company.

The promotion of women in consulting is a matter close to our hearts. In this context, women@zeb presents a variety of events and initiatives such as our network for female consultants, networking events, exclusive seminars or the female buddy program.
