If you complete an excellent internship with us, you will be invited to join the zeb.talents program. This enables you to keep in touch with zeb during your studies, exchange ideas with experienced consultants on specialist topics and take part in exciting events.

Events

Throughout the year, we organize a variety of events as part of the zeb.talents program, which take place at different zeb locations. Whether during geocaching in Frankfurt, a “crack the case” workshop on the topic of ESG or bar hopping through the city center – the focus is on meeting other zeb talents, networking and having fun.

zeb.talents events

In addition to the exclusive events organized as part of the zeb.talents program, there are company-wide events such as the zeb.Uni that our talents can also attend. Find out what to expect at our events and what you can look forward to:

Of case studies and bash rooms

In addition to technical topics such as an exciting ESG case workshop, there is also plenty of fun to be had at our events: as a sporty balance, a visit to a bash room was on the agenda at one of our last events, which required the participants to work together as a team in several playful competitions.

Insights into our zeb locations

Our talents events usually take place over two days (Thursday noon to Friday afternoon). They offer many opportunities for the participants to network – both with each other and with our zeb colleagues. The events take place at different zeb office locations and there are always opportunities to explore the respective city, e.g. during an interactive city rally.

Participation in the zeb.Uni

Since 2022, our talents can also participate in the annual zeb.Uni. During this two-day event, almost 1,000 zeb colleagues from all departments meet in Münster. In addition to lectures on a wide variety of topics, fishbowl discussions and workshops, the focus of the zeb.Uni is on networking, be it during the coffee breaks or at the party in the evening. At the last two zeb.Unis, for example, there was also a meet and greet with our MD Markus.
