New Faces, New Ideas Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming 18 new colleagues to our Münster office, including 14 consultants and 4 internal team members colleagues from Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Münster, and Vienna - a diverse group of talents and perspectives that further enriches and strengthens our zeb culture.😊 During the zeb.start week, our new joiners experienced a dynamic program that provided deep insights into the zeb world while fostering both professional and personal connections. Together with Nico Hahn, Jochen Manegold, and Malte Ritzenhoff, they explored key aspects of consulting and gained valuable impressions of how we work at zeb. A particular highlight was the Corporate Mission, thoughtfully prepared by our Internal Communications colleagues Marlen Malinka, Marita Heidrich, and Lucas Abbenhaus. Stefan Kaufmann, Partner at zeb, then presented the Corporate Mission and offered our new colleagues meaningful insights into strategic thinking, project depth, and the relevance of this mission within our consulting approach. The week concluded with case presentations by the new colleagues. They received constructive feedback by one of our partners Dr. Klaus Strenge who also provided a hands-on look into our project work and what our new joiners can expect in their future roles. A heartfelt thank‑you goes to our organizers and everyone involved, especially Linda Merkel and Leonie Schmäing, whose dedication and thoughtful preparation ensured that this zeb.start week became an inspiring and successful beginning for our new colleagues. New faces mean new energy and new ideas, and we’re excited to harness this potential as we shape zeb’s future together. 🚀
