With zeb being a university spin-off itself, further education and teaching are very important to us. The zeb.business school offers part-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses as well as the opportunity to earn a PhD, and also certificate courses on financial services topics. Take the next step with zeb. Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree can take part in the Bachelor Welcome Program. We also support employees who want to do a PhD through our zeb.scholarship program. Employees can apply two years after joining the company and will receive comprehensive support if they are admitted to the program. In addition to paid leave of absence or the payment of fees, the program also includes expert support from our zeb network.

“Knowledge shared is knowledge doubled”—that is what the annual zeb.Uni is all about. For two days we invite all zeb staff from the various locations to come together in Münster. The program includes lectures, discussion forums as well as sharing topical information about projects and trends in the financial services sector. The evenings are intended for networking and getting to know each other. Read our blog post to see for yourself.

Projects and studies are presented at regular intervals in the various office locations. The aim is to promote knowledge transfer and the development of topics.

Information and documents are made available online in order to promote an extensive and cross-team transfer of knowledge.

Together with your CDC (Career Development Counselor) you will plan your personal career path and find support in pursuing your development goals. But mentoring is more than just career planning. It also consists of sparring and feedback from your colleagues in the practice group. PGs are where we exchange and validate ideas, develop innovations, learn together and create something new.
