A selection of further training opportunities will help you deepen your knowledge and learn new skills. In addition, zeb has clear career paths that allow you to grow within the company. Our retention programs are also designed to promote your talent. The zeb.talents program, for example, offers former interns the opportunity to stay in close contact with zeb even after their internship, to deepen their specialist knowledge in workshops and to expand their personal network. Reasoning beats hierarchy
Flat hierarchies are important to us – we leave no room for competitive thinking. Instead, the way we work together is characterized by team spirit and mutual support. As our employees have different areas of expertise in a wide range of topics from the banking and insurance industry, helping each other is essential. In our project work, too, we don’t focus on positions, but on knowledge and opinions. This means that every opinion is heard. And regardless of whether you are an intern, apprentice, Consultant or Partner – at zeb, we’re on first-name terms throughout the company.
University roots
As we were founded by two professors from the University of Münster, Prof. Dr. Bernd Rolfes and Prof. Dr. Henner Schierenbeck, we keep that university spirit alive. Every year, we organize the zeb.Uni, an innovation conference for all employees, where we network, present current projects and discuss hypotheses.
