zeb offers a competitive salary, composed of a fixed and a variable component. In Germany, you are also entitled to 28 days of annual leave for a full-time position. At our other European locations, the terms of employment may differ, and conditions adapted to the local markets apply.

Diese:r fungiert als dein Career Development Counselor – kurz CDC. Aufgrund der bereits gesammelten Erfahrungen kennt dein CDC das Unternehmen gut und ist stark vernetzt, sodass er dich bei allen Fragen zu deinem beruflichen Weg, aber auch darüber hinaus beraten kann. Besonders in den ersten Wochen, die eine Flut von neuen Eindrücken liefern, stärkt er dir bei allen Belangen den Rücken.
Weiterbildung
Wir bieten dir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, dich weiterzubilden sowie dein Set an Hard und Soft Skills auszubauen. Du hast die Wahl zwischen über 40 Seminaren, Coachings und Konferenzen, um neben der Projektarbeit weitere Kompetenzen zu erwerben bzw. zu vertiefen. Du kannst dich sowohl in fachlichen Themen weiterentwickeln als auch durch Kommunikations- und Vertriebsschulungen, Methoden des agilen Projektmanagements, Sprachkurse oder Führungskräftetrainings. We are looking for people who have already built up know-how about specific specialist topics and have initial professional experience in the financial services sector. As we collaborate closely with our clients, our consultants mostly work at the client’s site. We maintain a 4:1 week. This means that you usually travel to the client on Monday morning and back to your home base on Thursday evenings. On Fridays, you work from home or the zeb office you have chosen as your office location.
