Are you keen to take on responsibility and to contribute and expand your skills in our internal departments? Our corporate services offer interesting and challenging tasks for all those who win us over with their expertise and personality.
You will have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally as a Professional in an internal department—whether in marketing, accounting, HR or other exciting fields.
What we offer
Usually, your start with us begins directly with a highlight: the introductory week "zeb.start". There you get to know the other newcomers and the company. In various formats, we introduce you to the departments and work tools so that you are well prepared for your day-to-day work.
If “zeb.start” does not begin on your first day of work, you will start in your office. There you will be warmly welcomed and get an insight into the organization of the location and your activities.
For your commitment, you will receive a performance-related salary consisting of a fixed and a variable part as well as 28 days of vacation per year in Germany. As an employee of our internal departments you can use our sabbatical options for flexible time off. At our other European locations the conditions may differ.
Of course, life should not be all work and no play. Therefore, you can take part in our company-wide events such as the Christmas party or the zeb.Uni and make use our inviting office premises, for example for a foosball match to get to know your colleagues better. What we expect
You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or an apprenticeship? You already have work experience from internships or your apprenticeship and are familiar with one of our specialist departments? Then we look forward to meeting you!
- Initial practical experience in the relevant field.
- You are curious, reliable and team-oriented.
- You enjoy questioning the status quo as a team.
- Depending on the job requirements, you need a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or to have successfully completed an apprenticeship
- Very good German and English language skills


What made you decide to work for zeb?
In my job interview I got an honest picture of what my job could look like and what my tasks would be: there was nothing about the job profile that I didn’t like. After a very intense job interview, I was quite exhausted, but I immediately had a good feeling and knew: if zeb wants to hire me, I’ll say yes! The great atmosphere, the friendly tone and of course the captivatingly beautiful view of Münster from the tower made the decision easy for me.

Have your expectations of working at zeb been fulfilled?
The fact that I stayed with zeb after my apprenticeship shows how much my expectations have been fulfilled and partly even exceeded.
