Your internship in Software Development
Your experience in agile software development
Use your programming skills, whether in JAVA or SQL, and try out something new in our agile project teams. No matter whether you are pursuing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, you can take the opportunity to immerse yourself in specialist topics during your internship with us. Have a look behind the scenes and gain deep insights into modern and future-oriented technologies and frameworks. We look forward to welcoming you to our team and to offering you an unforgettable experience.
What we offer
We attach great importance to personal and individual care. From day one, you will be closely accompanied and well prepared for your first projects by your CDC (Career Development Counselor)—that’s what we call mentors at zeb. To make sure that you can get going right away, you will be provided with the necessary equipment and introduced to our systems. During your internship you will be a temporary software developer and as such an integral part of your team.
You will spend most of your working time together with your project team in the office. Provided your team agrees, you can at times also work from home without any fuss. Our highest priority is to satisfy clients through early and continuous delivery of our software solutions. That is why you will apply some of your knowledge and skills at the client’s premises and in doing so, develop yourself even further. You will take responsibility for your own items and in sprint changes early on and thus contribute significantly to the success of the project.
Internships in software development are currently only offered in Germany. Here we pay a gross salary of currently €1,650 per month—regardless of whether you are doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Furthermore, you are entitled to two days of leave per full month of internship.
Individual exchange is very important to us, even beyond your team. That’s why we regularly organize internship events and various get-togethers, where you can also network with other colleagues. Take the opportunity to wind down from the working day with a refreshing drink on our roof-top terrace or at the foosball table. Further highlights include the zeb.Christmas party and zeb.Uni, which you can take part in as an active intern. You can find more benefits during your internship here.
