Your tasks:
You will be the central point of contact for all general matters at the Milan office and support colleagues, customers and service providers with various concerns.
As an interface, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments and handling general correspondence, support in office management, liaising with our customers and guests and assisting with customer inquiries.
You will help with the creation of presentation and contract documents, carry out evaluations in Excel, research data and prepare them in an appealing way.
Your organizational skills will help you coordinate a wide range of administrative activities, such as placing orders, processing courier/mail shipments and processing incoming invoices.
You will be responsible for planning and invoicing business trips.
You will use your organizational skills to coordinate internal and external events and trade fairs.
You master general administrative tasks and the maintenance of customer master data with your professional office management.
As part of a highly motivated team, you will work in an environment characterized by collegiality, openness and professionalism.
Your skills:
You have completed commercial, hotel or secretarial training, e.g. hotel management, event management, office communication / office management or similar, and already have professional experience in one of these areas (1-2 years).
You have no problems with MS Office.
You recognize priorities early on and convince with your careful and reliable way of working, your commitment and your high service orientation.
You enjoy working in a team and use your organizational skills competently.
You have very good oral and written language skills in Italian (C2-native) and English (C1-C2).

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.
If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.
After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.
If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
