What was your application process like?

I was invited for an interview with my project manager for IT and my project manager for organizing the student assistants. The discussion was very pleasant, I had to deal with a few small tasks and was given the opportunity to ask questions myself.
A few days after the interview I was offered the job. My predecessor contacted me very quickly afterwards and arranged a start date. It was all very straight-forward.
