Mentoring & Coaching

Together with your CDC (Career Development Counselor) you will plan your personal career path and find support in pursuing your development goals. But mentoring is more than just career planning. Onboarding events

As part of our onboarding journey, we host various events where you can experience our culture firsthand, meet other newcomers, and learn the ins and outs of your everyday work at zeb. zeb.start is a welcome week that takes place in Münster and features a varied program. Als dualer Student (w|m|d) bei zeb bist du von Anfang an voll dabei! Tauche ein in die Welt unserer innovativen Software zeb.control und entdecke die Financial Services in Europa. Während deiner „zeb-Grundausbildung“ lernst du die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden kennen - und wie man diese mit Software löst. Im ersten Jahr in unserem dynamischen Softwareentwicklungsteam arbeitest du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Software zeb.control.
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team deckst du Schwachstellen auf, setzt Best Practices um und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung komplett neuer Features.

Im zweiten Jahr geht es genauso spannend weiter! Du wirst zum:zur Expert:in in der IT-Beratung und begleitest Kunden bei der Einführung unserer Software.
- Du bist dabei, wenn es darum geht, Datenquellen mit unserer Software zu verbinden, und erstellst regelmäßige Auswertungen.
- Du unterstützt den Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Wünschen im Bereich der Datenanalyse. Und ja, du hast auch die Möglichkeit, zu unseren Kunden zu reisen – total cool, oder?

Im dritten Jahr kannst du dich spezialisieren – auf die Softwareentwicklung oder auf die IT-Beratung mit Fokus auf Softwareimplementierung. Die Krönung deines dualen Studiums ist die Bachelorarbeit im 7. Semester, in der du dein erworbenes Wissen in einem spannenden Projekt präsentierst.

Deine Skills:

Du hast dein (Fach-)Abitur und Spaß an Mathematik, Informatik, Physik oder ähnlichen Fächern.
Vielleicht hast du schon erste Erfahrungen im Programmieren gesammelt, sei es in der Schule oder in deiner Freizeit – toll, aber auch kein Problem, wenn nicht!
Du findest Anwendungsentwicklung spannend und möchtest deine Fähigkeiten in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln? Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer, zum Beispiel mit Excel, reichen für deine Bewerbung völlig aus. Wichtig ist uns, dass dich der Zusammenhang von BWL, Software und IT im Bankwesen interessiert.
Du hast Lust auf herausfordernde Aufgaben, Verantwortung und eine akademische Perspektive.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift. #LI-LN1 #LI-Hybrid #jobspreader

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
