During your apprenticeship, we will support you at all levels: we help you pay for your learning materials, grant you time off for exam preparations and offer you an extensive range of additional training opportunities – and, what is more, you are very likely to enter into a permanent position directly after successfully obtaining your certificate. At the start of your apprenticeship, a second- or third-year apprentice will support you and act as a mentor alongside your supervisor. Moreover, you have the opportunity to take part in regular apprentice meetings and seminars in which different departments, projects and other topics relating to the consulting industry are presented to give you some project-related insights.
As part of our onboarding journey, we host various events where you can experience our culture firsthand, meet other newcomers, and learn the ins and outs of your everyday work at zeb. zeb.start is a welcome week that takes place in Münster and features a varied program. We also offer networking meetings in advance and, shortly after your first day, a virtual starter kit where you will learn everything you need to get off to the best possible start at our company.

Bewirb dich gerne bei uns, wenn du Schüler:in an einem Gymnasium, einer Real- oder Gesamtschule oder einer höheren Berufsfachschule für Wirtschaft bist und gute Noten mitbringst.
Auch wenn wir eine Unternehmensberatung sind, bieten wir die Möglichkeit einer Berufsfelderkundung nur in unseren internen Abteilungen an. Folgende Abteilungen sind möglich:

- Assistenz und Sekretariat
- Kommunikation
- Buchhaltung
- IT
- Research
- Design
Dein Einsatz in einer der Abteilungen wird unter Berücksichtigung der personellen Kapazitäten und deiner zeitlichen Verfügbarkeit für eine Berufsfelderkundung individuell geprüft. #LI-DNI

What was the most exciting task during your student work?
Each of my tasks was extremely interesting in its own way. It is always the most exciting when I can contribute my own suggestions and ideas and these are always taken seriously and appreciated. This component gives each individual task a conglomeration of responsibility, creativity and exciting content.
What do you like most about your apprenticeship?
I particularly like the variety it offers. As an apprentice, you get insights into many different internal departments, such as Recruiting, Finance, Research, Design & Languages, and various secretaries offices. I particularly enjoy the administrative tasks in those departments.
