For this reason, you can choose your location as well as your Practice Group - project groups for specific topics - and easily change them over time, if needed. Individual coaching is very important to us. For this purpose, you will be assigned a mentor, in our case a CDC – Career Development Counselor. If you wish, you can easily change your CDC.

Ob du den digitalen Wandel in herausfordernden Transformations- und Umsetzungsprojekten bei Großbanken vorantreibst,
Regionalbanken bei der Umsetzung von Technologieinnovationen wie RPA, Cloud oder KI hinsichtlich der Konzeption und Steuerung unterstützt,
bei Versicherern strategische Architekturen in Form von Bebauungsplänen designst und die fachliche Datenbereitstellung über hoch skalierbare Datenarchitekturen managest,
den Aufbau von Kryptowertpapier-Verwahrungssystemen bei FinTechs unterstützt,
oder Managementsysteme zur Einhaltung aktueller IT Compliance und Information Security Anforderungen konzipierst sowie toolgestützt operationalisierst, du verschaffst dem Kunden einen Mehrwert durch Handwerk und Innovation - immer an der Schnittstelle zwischen den fachlichen Anforderungen und Technologien.

Deine Skills:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z. B. BWL, VWL, Business Administration) mit IT Affinität oder einer anderen MINT-Fachrichtung.
Deine Expertise konntest du bereits durch Praktika, deine Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in oder eine Ausbildung im Consulting und/oder IT Umfeld bei Banken oder Versicherungen unter Beweis stellen.
Wenn wir es uns wünschen könnten, hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem der folgenden Bereiche:
- IT Architekturen, Datenbanksysteme, Data Analytics oder Data Science.
- Grundkenntnisse der Softwareentwicklung inklusive Programmiersprachen (z.B. Java, Python, R, Power BI).
- Cloud Systeme (z.B. Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Technologie- und Digitalisierungstrends.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau, fließend) in Wort und Schrift.

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

In the next step, you will complete a 70-minute online assessment. This consists of a combination of a cognitive performance test and a personality test. Between the sections, you’ll gain deeper insights into the world of zeb.

Meet a Consultant

This optional format offers an informal opportunity to connect with one of our consultants. In addition to a first personal contact with potential colleagues, this exchange serves as a platform for questions of all kinds.

Interviews

In three interviews, each with a different focus, we aim to find out whether we are a good match. In addition to typical professional situations and challenges, strategic thinking and a case study will be central topics.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.

How would you describe the atmosphere at zeb?

The atmosphere at zeb is very friendly and welcoming. Since I started at zeb at the beginning of this year, I have had many opportunities to exchange ideas with my colleagues at the various events at zeb. There is also great emphasis on growing and learning. I have received so much support from my colleagues and mentors as I embarked on this new chapter in my life.
