Training

Working from Home

As a consultant you can choose whether you work from home or go into the office. Depending on the project situation, additional home office days are possible by arrangement. Depending on the job profile, internal departments also have the flexibility to work from home.

Sabbatical

Time4u is zeb’s own working time account that allows you to take a sabbatical. We currently only offer Time4u in Germany. Whether it’s for traveling around the world, language course or an individual project – design your own time out. You can fill your account in different ways. Use your residual leave, a monthly installment of your gross salary or part of your annual bonus.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du führst risikoorientierte Prüfungen von Prozessen und Kontrollen im Umfeld der Wartung sowie des Betriebs einer Standardsoftware durch und bewertest deren Wirksamkeit.
Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung der Revisionsfunktion sowie des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS).
Du wirkst an der Erstellung und Fortschreibung eines risikoorientierten Revisionsplans mit.
Du begleitest Prüfungen End-to-End (Planung, Durchführung, Reporting, Follow-up).
Du bereitest Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf und berichtest an Geschäftsführung und Überwachungsorgan.

Deine Skills:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine für uns relevante Ausbildung (z. B. Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau, Fachinformatiker/Fachinformatikerin)
Erste Erfahrung in Interner Revision, Compliance, Risikomanagement oder IT-Audit
Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, IIA-Standards)
Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Integrität
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau, verhandlungssicher)

Our application process

Are you wondering what the application process is like at zeb and do you want to know what you can expect from us? Then this is the place for you.

Online application

The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening

After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment

For our entry-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews

If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

Decision

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.

Contract offer

If you were able to convince the job interviewers, we will prepare a contract offer and you will have 14 days to review it. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contract conclusion

If you have also decided to become part of the zeb team, sign the contract and send it back to us. Once the application process has been completed, we will start preparing everything for your onboarding and welcome you warmly to zeb.
